![]() You need to emphasize that these products are professional photographer grade and German engineered (highly respected in the US). You need a US web page, written by a US English speaker that shows the many ways your amazing products can be used. The immediate thought is iShoxs is one of those knockoff outfits making shoddy goods – because those are the businesses who are too cheap to pay professional copy writers and marketers. The descriptions on Amazon, on your US web page, and on your US Facebook, page are obviously written by non-English speakers. MESSAGE TO ISHOXS: You have a terrific line of products, but your US marketing is awful. (This thing is machined metal and I shudder to think what would cause a failure). It also comes with a safety lanyard to connect your camera in the event of any failures. It comes in a storage box with spare parts, tools, and a carry bag. But the Hell Rider has a fully adjustable ball and socket that allow the camera considerable positioning and can be secured solidly at whatever angle and direction is suitable, so the extensions are not typically necessary. In the third picture it is combined with iSHOXS small grab and iSHOXs ProFork extension – which allow additional flexibility in positioning the camera. I would think of it as a semi-permanent installation.īut it is a very strong installation – and up to iSHOXS standards. It takes a bit of work to install – basically you loosen the 4 top screws (when tightened they push down on a plastic piece that takes the slack out of the links), then remove links until it fits loosely, then tighten the screws back up until the mount is secure. The Hell Rider is probably over engineered. ISHOXS makes the best mounts I have found. ![]() I’ve been looking for a mounting system to attach my GoPro to my Gator ATV (exploring badlands), my electric bike (hunting), and my kayak (fishing). Reviewed in the United States on 28 November 2022 It is the perfect GoPro mounting solution for me and if you have any round bars you'd like to mount a GoPro to, I'm sure this will work perfectly for you, as well. I'm sure it works great for handlebars, but If you own a VW Westfalia with a pop top like mine and like to film, you'll want this for sure. Overall, I'm super impressed with the quality and functionality of this mount. The removal of the links to shorten the length is super easy and intuitive. I appreciate the storage box, including a bag to hold the smaller bits and tools, as well as the included extra parts. When paired with the iSHOXS Small Grab Pro 60 (), which is kind of like a small magic arm for GoPro's, the mount becomes even more versatile as you can see in my pictures. Since the mount can be configured to fit many different size bars, I can mount it in so many different and fun locations.Īnd it locks down very tightly, so no accidental movements. ![]() I didn't realize I had so many round bars on my van! This will work great attached to my ladder, my roof rack, the little bull bar that holds my LED light bar, in addition to the pop top push bar. ![]() The mount works perfectly whether the top is popped or when it's locked down, and doesn't interfere with the push bar and roof.īut I also realized this Hell Rider mount will fit many different places on my van for some interesting and unusual placements. When the top is down, I can mount my GoPro to see the action of driving, or when it's popped, I can turn the camera around and get great shots of the inside of the van (see picture). When I saw this mount from IShoxs, I figured it would be perfect for the job, and I wasn't wrong. My campervan has a pop top roof, and the push bar that opens the top is a perfect place to mount a GoPro. I was tired of crappy bar mounts that would not stay in place and got in the way when not in use. I have found so many additional places to mount this on my VW 4x4 Campervan, beyond my main objective. This "Hell Rider" GoPro mount is amazing, with engineering that is quite impressive.
